The Serenity Pass can be deactivated at any time from your account, under the “Serenity Pass” section.
• To pause the pass, click the “Pause” button. Automatic renewal will stop, but you’ll keep all the benefits until the expiration date.
• To reactivate a paused pass, click “Reactivate” either directly from the Serenity Pass page or when booking a service provider.
