1. What is the difference between occasional childcare and long-term childcare?
Occasional childcare covers one-off needs (e.g. an evening, a weekend).
Long-term or after-school childcare covers regular needs (e.g. school pick-ups, daily or weekly childcare).
2. What are the fees for long-term childcare?
To book a provider for long-term or after-school childcare, you pay a fixed fee of €9.
These fees:
- are non-refundable,
- but can be reused in the event of cancellation.
3. Can I talk to the provider before booking?
Yes, it is strongly recommended. You can chat via the public discussion on your request to discuss hours, the child’s needs, availability, etc. before booking.
4. How and when should I pay my provider?
Once the booking is made, you can pay your provider at your own pace, as often as needed, and for the amount you want.
To make a payment:
- Go to your request,
- Click on “Manage my request”,
- Select “Send a payment”.
5. What happens if I cancel my booking?
The €9 introduction fee is non-refundable, but you can reuse it for another booking.
