You can communicate with providers via the public discussion, as private exchanges with them before booking are unfortunately not possible.
The public discussion space is for messages exchanged with providers. However, sharing personal information is not allowed in order to maintain equality and respect among all users.
- Log in to your Yoojo account and go to your dashboard by clicking the following link https://yoojo.fr/dashboard
- In the job area concerned, click on "Manage my request"
- Ask your questions in the "comments" window
If you have already selected a provider
Log in to your Yoojo account and go to the messaging by clicking the following link https://yoojo.fr/inboxes or click on “Messages” in the job window.
Then freely use private messaging to exchange your information. You also have the provider's phone number if needed. prestataire au besoin.
