All services booked on Yoojo have their amount split into 2 parts:
- The provider's remuneration
- Yoojo's service and operating fees
These fees allow you to benefit from all our guarantees, such as provider verification, telephone assistance, Yoojo Cover coverage and replacement in case of cancellation.
They amount to 20% of the provider's remuneration, with a minimum of €5 per service. They are detailed with each booking.
When a service is canceled, these service fees are retained in a wallet on your Yoojo account. The amount available in this wallet will be deducted from the service fees of your next services.
