Any service booked on Yoojo has its amount split into 2 parts:
- The provider’s fee
- Yoojo’s service and operating fees
These fees give you access to all our guarantees, such as provider verification, telephone support, Yoojo Cover cover and replacement in the event of cancellation.
They amount to 20% of the provider’s fee, with a minimum of €5 per service. They are itemised with each booking.
When a service is cancelled, these service fees are kept in a wallet on your Yoojo account. The amount available in this wallet will be deducted from the service fees for your next services.
