Why do I need to provide an identity document?
The documents we request are necessary to verify your identity as well as youreligibility to work in the country, and that you are over 18.
These documents are required to verify your identity:
- French identity card (front / back)
- French driving licence (front / back)
- EU passport (front)
Outside the EU
- Residence permit with authorisation to work (front / back) + Passport
- Receipt for an application for a residence permit (front) + Passport
- Visa with authorisation to work (front) + Passport
Why do I need to provide my carte vitale?
Your carte vitale and National Insurance number are used in case the customer wishes to declare you directly on Yoojo.
Why do I need to provide my personal information?
Your personal information is not shared publicly. It is only verified and stored by Yoojoto ensure a good level of security.
Your photo, first name, town/city, skills, experience, reviews, descriptions and badges are public and therefore allow you to stand out.
Why do I need to upload my profile photo?
Your profile photo ensures transparency and security between members and for customers, who then know who they will be opening the door to.
Your photo must meet the following criteria, otherwise it may be rejected:
- Show your whole face, facing the camera
- You must be alone in the photo
- No blurry photos
- No sunglasses
- No filters (Snapchat, Instagram, etc.)
