If you can’t remember your password, you can easily reset it using your email address
Click on "Log in" at the top right of your screen
Click the blue link "Forgotten password" in the window that appears to start the reset process.
1. Enter the email address associated with the account, then click on "Confirm"
2. Then follow the steps shown in the password recovery email.
From the app:
Click on "Log in", enter your email address and click on “Continue”
Click on “I’ve forgotten my password” and enter your email address again.
If you haven’t received an email, remember to check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive the recovery email, you can contact us and a temporary password will be assigned to you.
