You can send a private request to a service provider only if you have already used them in the past.
To do this, click on “Request a service”: the profiles of service providers you have already worked with will automatically appear. You can then make your choice and continue your request.
The request will be sent to them privately and will remain visible only to the selected service provider for 24 hours.
If no response is received within this time, your offer will automatically be opened up to other suitable service providers in your area, who will also be able to apply.
