When you chose your service provider, you pre-paid for the service: your account was debited, but the sum is blocked and secured with our banking partner until the end of the assignment.
At the end of the service, you must confirm that everything has gone smoothly in order to trigger payment to the service provider.
Log in to your Yoojo account and go to your dashboard.
In the job area, click on "Manage my request".
In the completed service window, click on the blue "Confirm payment" button.
You will then have to answer a few questions to confirm that everything has gone smoothly, and add extra hours if necessary.
Important: never validate a payment before the end of a service.
