Go to the account tab > Help Center > then click on New support request.

Go to the Assistance request section, accessible from the help menu.
By phone – (After you have posted a request)
Steps to contact customer service by phone

Log in to your account.

Go to My requests.

Click Manage my request.

In the top right corner, click Help.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on “Call customer service.”
